These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UnlimitSpace mobile application, website, and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
01. About the Platform
UnlimitSpace is a digital real estate platform that enables users to:
- Buy properties
- Sell properties
- Rent / lease properties
- Browse property listings
- Subscribe to premium features
- Connect through authorized agents
The Platform is available through mobile applications, website, and related digital services.
02. User Roles
Owner
Users who post properties for sale or rent.
Tenant / Buyer
Users looking to rent, lease, or purchase properties.
Agent
Authorized representatives assigned by UnlimitSpace to facilitate communication and transactions.
The Company reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, or terminate any account.
03. Agent-Assisted Transaction Model
Property Owners and Tenants / Buyers must not directly contact each other.
All communications, negotiations, site visits, agreements, and transaction discussions are conducted only through authorized agents assigned by the Platform.
Attempting to bypass this process may result in:
- • Account suspension
- • Listing removal
- • Subscription termination
- • Permanent ban
04. User Registration & Account Responsibility
To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to:

05. Property Listings
Owners and authorized agents may post property listings. Each listing must contain truthful and accurate details, including property type, location, pricing, media, and availability.
Our Authority
We reserve the right to review, remove misleading listings, and suspend accounts. We do not guarantee listing accuracy and recommend independent verification.
06. Subscription Plans
Premium features may include featured listings, priority agent assignment, enhanced analytics, and increased limits.
07. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24h prior to expiry. Managed via App Store/Google Play settings. (Required for Apple compliance).
08. Free Trials
Converts to paid subscription unless canceled during trial. One trial per user.
09. Payments & Billing
Processed through Google Play, Apple IAP, or authorized web gateways. We do not store payment card details.
10. Refunds
Governed by App Store policies. UnlimitSpace does not directly issue refunds for in-app purchases.
11. Prohibited Activities
- • False or fraudulent listings
- • Misrepresenting ownership
- • Circumventing agents
- • Harassing users/agents
- • Unauthorized platform access
- • Unlawful activities
- • Misusing platform data
12. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and software are exclusive property of SuperNex Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for property disputes, sale/rental contracts, or user-related losses/damages.
14. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, fraud, or failed payments.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our data practices.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
